Former Tart
From humble beginnings behind the counter of the former Flaky Tart, to co-owner of the business for the last 5 years, Laura Martelli has truly followed her passion and insatiable palette in the opening of Flour on First.
After graduating from The University of San Diego,
with a degree in psychology and art history,
Laura decided to combine both areas of interest, people and art,
into a satisfying and fulfilling career.
